PILATES EQUIPMENT I

This beginner to intermediate pilates class is a somewhat slower paced class that focuses on proper equipment use on machines such as the reformer, barrel  and Wunda chair in order to re-align your body, strengthen underutilized, but important postural and stability muscles, and improve flexibility as you develop a deeper understanding of the exercises, and begin to truly re-shape and re-align your body.

PILATES EQUIPMENT II

Experience a faster-paced, total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and standing with improved body alignment! In this class you will build upon what you have learned. in Pilates Equipment I. The exercise becomes more difficult, we work with small props to continue to challenge the body, and we work on transition and fluidity. 

PILATES EQUIPMENT III

A more advanced class for those with a strong Pilates practice, with faster-paced, total body workouts that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and standing with improved body alignment! In this class you will build upon what you have learned. in Pilates Equipment II. The exercise becomes even more difficult, as we  challenge the body, and work on transition and fluidity. 

PRIVATE PILATES LESSON

Ideal for Pilates beginners who would like to learn the fundamentals in a safe, comfortable environment, or for those who want personalized sessions to help them focus on a specific area, or to take their practice to the next level. We will tailor your sessions to focus on your needs, form and alignment to help you master Pilates and get the most out of your workout. 

ROLL, RELEASE REFORM 

Let's get our stretch on! Come join this healing reformer stretch and release class with the emphasis on stretch to increase your flexibility and range of motion! Joseph Pilates wrote, "Contrology was conceived to limber and stretch muscles so that you will be as supple as a cat."

FLETCHER PILATES MAT 

Ron Fletcher took Joseph Pilate's work off the equipment, making it portable so he could travel to universities teaching.  Fletcher was a brilliant mind, and his methodology maintains the integrity of Joseph Pilate's work while taking it to a whole new level! Come explore any combination of Fletcher Floor work, Towel work or Barrel work along with more traditional forms of Mat, Hard Roller and Magic Circle!
