PILATES EQUIPMENT I
This beginner to intermediate pilates class is a somewhat slower paced class that focuses on proper equipment use on machines such as the reformer, barrel and Wunda chair in order to re-align your body, strengthen underutilized, but important postural and stability muscles, and improve flexibility as you develop a deeper understanding of the exercises, and begin to truly re-shape and re-align your body.
PILATES EQUIPMENT II
Experience a faster-paced, total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and standing with improved body alignment! In this class you will build upon what you have learned. in Pilates Equipment I. The exercise becomes more difficult, we work with small props to continue to challenge the body, and we work on transition and fluidity.
PILATES EQUIPMENT III
A more advanced class for those with a strong Pilates practice, with faster-paced, total body workouts that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and standing with improved body alignment! In this class you will build upon what you have learned. in Pilates Equipment II. The exercise becomes even more difficult, as we challenge the body, and work on transition and fluidity.
Get ready for a challenging but fun class! You will enjoy a wide range of dynamic movements that will work your entire body. This class fuses traditional Pilates with modern techniques. Power Pilates is a fast paced blend of movements that will challenge you balance strength, balance, and control. Power Pilates integrates a Reformer workout with weights, bands, and Barre inspired exercises. This is a total body workout that will definitely invigorate you so you are ready for the day.
POWER REFORMER FLOW
Challenge your balance, strength and control with Power Reformer. Power Reformer is a blend of movements that will challenge you balance strength and control. The class moves quickly through the transitions to keep the class flowing from one movement to the next. It is a full body workout that will improve your posture, range of mobility, and balance. Previous reformer experience recommended.
ROLL, RELEASE REFORM
Let's get our stretch on! Come join this healing reformer stretch and release class with the emphasis on stretch to increase your flexibility and range of motion! Joseph Pilates wrote, "Contrology was conceived to limber and stretch muscles so that you will be as supple as a cat."
