This unique class combines the fluid movements of Vinyasa Yoga with the support of aerial hammocks, allowing you to flow through poses with ease, deepen your stretches, and feel weightless as you strengthen and lengthen your body. It's the perfect way to end your day with balance, peace and a bit of fun!
