Class Description

This one’s for the guys! Build real strength where it matters—with mobility, core control, flexibility, and total-body muscle activation. You’ll target underused muscles, correct posture imbalances, and increase joint range of motion. If you lift, run, play sports, or sit all day—this class will challenge you in a whole new way. Train smart. Move better. Feel stronger.
