Pilates Reformer Flow Level 1

Class Description

Perfect for beginners or those returning to Pilates. This class introduces the fundamentals of Reformer and Chair work with a focus on proper alignment, controlled movement, and breath. Move at a slower, mindful pace to strengthen postural muscles, improve flexibility, and lay the foundation for long-term core strength and body awareness.
