Pilates Reformer Flow Level 2
Class Description
You’re ready to take it to the next level. This intermediate class adds more dynamic movement, coordination, and full-body integration using the Reformer, Chair, and other Pilates props. Expect a faster flow, deeper core activation, and more complex exercises to challenge strength, control, and alignment. Flow through sequences that increase coordination, stamina, and total-body engagement. Use your Pilates foundation to move with power and precision, and be ready for a sweat!
