Class Description

Our most advanced Reformer class. Designed for experienced clients, this class includes more complex choreography, advanced strength-based exercises, and quicker transitions to push your endurance and technique. You’ll tap into deeper core control, breath work, and full-body power to build resilience and balance from the inside out.
